Having admired David's photography, we asked if he would spend time with us taking images of our hotel. We were delighted that he managed to capture the essence of who we are. For over thirty years Tickton Grange has been our home, as well as a hotel for our guests. We think this adds a different dimension to what we have to offer and at last we had images that told this story. David then worked with us to create and build a new website. His guidance and his technical and visual skills were invaluable to us. The launch of the new website marked the beginning of significantly increased business for us, particularly in accommodation (we have 21 bedrooms). We also saw a change in our range of guests - we were attracting more short breaks which, in turn, increased our restaurant and liquor business.


David went on to build and (importantly for us) service and update our wedding and hamper websites. He designed our brochures, signage, folders, cards, advertising; the list goes on. He is now working on a completely new main website for us, reflecting changes in style and suitable for the myriad of hand held devices used by guests to view our hotel and to book on line.


For a small family business like ours, costs are always carefully scrutinised, but the cost benefit analysis shows without doubt that we made the right decision working with David. It is incredibly difficult to keep pace with the changing business world, but we now feel confident that we can not only stay abreast of our guests needs and expectations, we are even one step ahead.
